Southern hospitality, good times and great parties are second nature to me.  My namesake, Jennie Hayden Berryman, was a restraunteur in Surry, Va.  My immediate family have had a reputation as fabulous hosts for decades!  Combine that with a professional chef's training (Johnson & Wales University, Charleston, SC campus) and time at some of the south's finest restaurants (Slightly North of Broad, Charleston; Cru Cafe, Charleston; Lemaire, Richmond; Acacia, Richmond; the Blue Point, Duck) and you have the makings of a remarkable dining experience, be it an upscale dinner, large event or casual family gathering.
